TeacherActive is seeking a confident Secondary Teacher to cover KS3–KS4 in the Bingham area, delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects while maintaining excellent classroom management. Initially day-to-day, with potential for longer-term opportunities.

The successful candidate will have QTS (ECTs welcome), UK secondary school experience, and a flexible, adaptable approach to keep pupils engaged and progressing.

Qualifications

• Must have QTS and UK teaching eligibility.
• Experience teaching in a UK secondary school.
• Ability to deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Excellent classroom management and engagement skills.

TeacherActive is proud to be working with secondary schools in the Bingham area who are looking for a confident and adaptable Secondary Teacher. The schools provide supportive learning environments where staff are committed to maintaining high expectations and helping pupils engage positively with their education.

The Secondary Teacher will initially work on a day-to-day basis, with the possibility of long-term opportunities. The successful applicant will provide general cover across KS3 and KS4, delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects while maintaining excellent classroom management and ensuring pupils remain engaged with their learning.

The successful Secondary Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching or working within a UK secondary school
• Experience supporting students across KS3 and KS4
• Excellent classroom management skills
• The ability to confidently deliver pre-planned lessons across different subjects
• A flexible and adaptable approach
