Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable secondary teachers for supply opportunities across Dartford and surrounding areas. Roles include KS3 and KS4 across subjects, with day-to-day supply up to longer-term placements.

You will deliver lessons in your subject, manage classroom behaviour and support students’ learning in diverse school environments. Qualified teachers with QTS and UK classroom experience are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• QTS is required.
• Proven subject expertise in the relevant area.
• Experience teaching in a UK secondary school.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum.

TeacherActive is currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable teachers for supply opportunities across secondary schools in Dartford. We work with a range of local schools requiring qualified teachers to deliver high-quality lessons and maintain a positive learning environment.

Opportunities are available across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, with roles ranging from day-to-day supply to longer-term placements. Depending on the assignment, the successful applicant will deliver lessons within their subject specialism, manage classroom behaviour and support students with their learning.

The successful Secondary Teacher will have:

• QTS
• A relevant subject specialism
• Experience teaching within a UK secondary school
• Strong knowledge of the relevant curriculum
• Excellent classroom management
• A positive, adaptable and professional approach
