Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team at Worcestershire within the Child Protection team. To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a degree in Social Work, and have post-qualification experience.

Primary Responsibilities as a Child Protection Social Worker:

• Managing a diverse caseload of children, including Child Protection, Child in Need, and Children in Proceedings (level in proceedings can be discussed)
• Attending to Section 47 enquiries
• Completing Single and Parenting Assessments
• Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies such as Police and Education Services
• Completing work under the Public Law Outline (PLO)
• Preparing Court reports and assessments

What we are looking for in a qualified Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Full UK driving license
• Post-qualification experience
• Degree in Social Work or equivalent
