Vacancy:
We are currently recruiting a Registered Children's Home Manager for a 2 bedded home in Bicester, Oxfordshire. Currently the home is a solo placement, supporting a young person with complex, challenging behaviours.
As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the overall running of the children’s home. We are looking for an experienced manager who is a natural leader who can lead the staff team ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
You will have a previous experience of working in a residential setting, a good understanding of Ofsted as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, recruitment, staff training, supervisions, implementing safeguarding policies and procedures, and addressing any concerns promptly.
