Qualified Social Worker, Community Neuro Rehabilitation Team

Pay rate: £33.78 per hour

Vitalis is recruiting an experienced Social Worker to work in a Community Neuro Rehabilitation Team in Southwark.

We are seeking a Social Worker to play a vital role within our Community Neuro Rehabilitation Team (CNRT) and the Neuro-rehab Enhanced Transition Team (NETT). This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Neuropsychologists, Nurses, Doctors, and rehab support workers.
