Job Title: Social Worker (Children)
Location: Blackburn
Working Hours: Hybrid
Rate: £38 per hour

Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join a busy team in Blackburn, based within the Child Protection team.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing a diverse caseload of children, including those under Child Protection, Child in Need, and sometimes Children within Proceedings, with the level in proceedings open for discussion.
2. Attending to Section 47 enquiries, completing Single Assessments, Risk Assessments, and Parenting Assessments.
3. Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies, such as the Police and Education Services, to meet the identified needs of children, young people, and their families.
4. Completing work under the Public Law Outline (PLO) and preparing Court reports and assessments.

What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker:
