Windsor, Full-Time - 8:30am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday, September 2025 Start We are currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist all-through school in Windsor that supports children and young people with complex needs, communication difficulties and challenging behaviours. The school is seeking a qualified Primary SEND Teacher to join their dedicated team full-time. This is a role that calls for more than just classroom experience. It’s about reading between the lines, adapting in real time and helping children access learning in the way that works for them. The right candidate will bring both structure and sensitivity to the classroom and build strong, trust-based relationships with pupils who rely on consistency and care. Key Requirements: • UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – essential • Experience teaching primary-aged pupils with special educational needs (SEND) • Confidence planning and delivering lessons that flex around the individual and group needs of your class • Comfortable working within a multi-disciplinary team in a complex needs setting • A strong grasp of communication-based and behaviour-informed approaches to teaching We’re looking for someone who is: • Engaging – able to create meaningful, accessible learning experiences • Nurturing and patient – calm under pressure and emotionally consistent • Perceptive – quick to notice what’s working and what isn’t, and adjust accordingly • Relationship-driven – able to earn trust from pupils and contribute positively to the wider team This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with potential for a permanent role for the right candidate.
