Job summary

Finkley Nurseries in Salisbury is seeking a full-time Early Years Practitioner to deliver engaging, hands-on learning in a nurturing environment. You will be a key person helping children grow and develop, plan and track progress with Famly, and support all children including those with SEND. The Role (What You’ll Actually Be Doing)

We are looking for a level 2 or above Early Years Qualified Practitioner (desired but not essential) to create inspiring learning experiences and support children’s learning and development in a fun, unique, nurturing environment.

You’ll be a key part of creating incredible early years experiences and will be responsible for:

• Deliver engaging, hands-on learning through EYFS
• Be a key person — supporting children’s development and wellbeing
• Plan, observe, and track progress using Famly
• Support all children, including those with SEND
