Job summary

Trilakes Nursery and Preschool in Sandhurst is seeking a Qualified Practitioner to create inspiring early years experiences. You will support children's learning and wellbeing in a fun, unique setting.

Join a dedicated team delivering hands-on EYFS activities, tracking progress with Famly, and building strong relationships with families while upholding high safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification required.
• Ability to create engaging learning experiences for children.
• Experience with EYFS and Famly preferred.
• Proactive, organised and positive energy.
• Respectful teamwork with colleagues and parents.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, hands-on learning through EYFS.
• Be a key person supporting development and wellbeing.
• Plan, observe and track progress using Famly.
• Support all children, including SEND learners.

• Build strong relationships with Parents and carers.

Location: Sandhurst
Hours: Full Time option of 38 or 40 hours per week over 4 days
Salary: Up to £14.40 per hour Dependant on experience and qualification

The Role (What You’ll Actually Be Doing)

We are looking for a level 2 or above Early Years Qualified Practitioner To create inspiring learning experiences and support children’s learning and development in a fun, unique, nurturing environment.

You’ll be a key part of creating incredible early years experiences and will be responsible for:

• Deliver engaging, hands-on learning through EYFS
• Be a key person — supporting children’s development and wellbeing
• Plan, observe, and track progress using Famly
• Support all children, including those with SEND
• Work closely with your team to create a positive environment
• Build strong relationships with parents
• Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene and organisation
