Job summary

Attraction Nurseries is seeking a Qualified Practitioner for our Keynsham, Bristol setting. You’ll support children’s learning in a fun, nurturing environment and help deliver inspiring EYFS activities 38 or 40 hours across four days.

We welcome Level 3+ Early Years qualifications, with opportunities for progression and access to training. The role offers a supportive team, real hands-on impact, and a culture that values happy children, parents and staff.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ Early Years qualification is needed.
• Experience with EYFS is expected.
• Famly experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, hands-on learning through EYFS.

The Role (What You’ll Actually Be Doing)

We are looking for a level 3 or above Early Years Qualified Practitioner. To create inspiring learning experiences and support children’s learning and development in a fun, unique, nurturing environment.

You’ll be a key part of creating incredible early years experiences and will be responsible for:

• Deliver engaging, hands-on learning through EYFS
• Be a key person — supporting children’s development and wellbeing
• Plan, observe, and track progress using Famly
• Support all children, including those with SEND
• Work closely with your team to create a positive environment
• Build strong relationships with parents
• Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene and organisation
