Job summary

Attraction Nurseries Group is seeking a Qualified Practitioner for our Amesbury setting. You will create inspiring learning experiences and support children’s development in a fun, nurturing environment.

We offer a clear progression path from Practitioner to Nursery Manager, with pay increases tied to performance, funded qualifications and leadership development opportunities. Level 3 EYFS and EYFS experience are preferred; Famly familiarity is desirable.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification required or desired.
• Experience with EYFS and ideally Famly.
• Proactive, organised and full of positive energy.
• Enjoy working with children and being part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, hands-on learning through EYFS.
• Be a key person — supporting children’s development and wellbeing.
• Plan, observe, and track progress using Famly.
• Support all children, including those with SEND.
• Work closely with your team to create a positive environment.
• Build strong relationships with parents.
• Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene and organisation.

Salary: Up to £29,536.00 Per Annum

The Role

We are looking for a level 2 or above Early Years Qualified Practitioner (desired but not essential) To create inspiring learning experiences and support children’s learning and development in a fun, unique, nurturing environment.

• Deliver engaging, hands-on learning through EYFS
• Be a key person — supporting children’s development and wellbeing
• Plan, observe, and track progress using Famly
• Support all children, including those with SEND
• Work closely with your team to create a positive environment
• Build strong relationships with parents
• Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene and organisation
