Dispensing Optician Manager – Full Time

Location: Croydon

Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Working Pattern: 5 days per week, including Saturdays (with 1 Saturday off in every 4)

Key Responsibilities:

4. Handle staffing rotas, recruitment, and performance management
5. Resolve customer and staff concerns with discretion, empathy, and confidence

7. Maintain compliance with GOC standards and uphold premium service delivery
