Cohens Chemist in the United Kingdom is seeking a Qualified Pharmacy Checking Technician to lead dispensing and checking prescription items quickly and accurately. You will maintain high standards of customer care and services in the branch.

You will build strong customer relationships, coach colleagues, and work as part of an established team, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

Competenze

• Proof of completion of the Accuracy Checking Course (ACT Qualification) and registration with the GPhC is essential.

As a Qualified Pharmacy Checking Technician you will lead the dispensing activities through dispensing and checking prescription items quickly and accurately. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our high standards of customer care and services are maintained throughout the branch.

You must be confident in building customer relationships, establishing their needs, providing friendly advice and excellent product knowledge and services. You must also have the drive and enthusiasm to want to coach others in your branch to do the same.

The utmost attention to detail is required in this role along with the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.

You must have a passion for Pharmacy, in order to drive the business forward and have great people skills, as this is paramount to your role.

Proof of your completion of the Accuracy Checking Course (ACT Qualification) and registration with the GPhC is essential.

We are looking to recruit a 40-hour Qualified Checking Technician to work at our 445-branch located at 190 High Street, Boston Spa, LS23 6BT.

The proposed shift pattern is:

• Monday 09:00-18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
• Tuesday 09:00-18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
• Wednesday 09:00-18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
• Thursday 09:00-18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
• Friday 09:00-18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)

The successful candidate must have great people skills as this is paramount to your role. You will be required to work as part of a well-established team and ensure our customers receive a high standard of service.
