Qualifications

• Must have completed the Accuracy Checking Course (ACT).
• Registration with the GPhC is essential.
• Experience in dispensing and checking prescriptions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead dispensing activities and check prescription items quickly and accurately.
• Maintain high standards of customer care and branch services.
• Build customer relationships and provide friendly advice with product knowledge.
• Coach other staff in the branch to ensure consistent service.
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
