Job summary

Tiny Tots Recruitment is seeking Qualified Nursery Practitioners for an early years setting in Dudley. Roles include full-time or two-day-a-week options (Mon-Tue, 8:30am-5:30pm). You’ll welcome and support children with engaging activities across the nursery day.

Responsibilities include planning, EYFS development, fostering communication and independence, and maintaining observations. DBS checks and refs are required.

Qualified Nursery Practitioners - Full-Time & Part-Time

Hours: Full-time opportunity available, or part-time working Mondays and Tuesdays, 8:30am-5:30pm, with 8.5 working hours per day.

Tiny Tots Recruitment is recruiting Qualified Nursery Practitioners for an early years setting in Dudley, with both a full-time position and a two-day-a-week position available.

You’ll help children feel welcome and supported, providing engaging activities and attentive care throughout the nursery day.

The role:

• Plan activities that reflect children’s interests and learning needs.
• Support development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Encourage communication, independence and positive behaviour.
• Maintain observations and contribute to planning.
• Support daily routines and personal care.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery procedures.

About you:

• A full and relevant Early Years qualification.
• An understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding.
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with colleagues.
• For the part-time position, you must be available to work both Mondays and Tuesdays, 8:30am-5:30pm, totalling 17 working hours per week.
