Job summary

Tiny Tots Recruitment is seeking Qualified Nursery Practitioners for an early years setting in Dudley. We have both a full-time position and a part-time role working Mondays and Tuesdays, 8:30am–5:30pm, totalling 17 hours per week.

You will plan activities, support EYFS delivery, foster communication and positive behaviour, maintain observations, and work closely with parents. This role is subject to safeguarding checks including an enhanced DBS and satisfactory references.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Early Years qualification.
• Understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding.
• Caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities that reflect children’s interests and learning needs.
• Support development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Encourage communication, independence and positive behaviour.
• Maintain observations and contribute to planning.
• Support daily routines and personal care.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery procedures.
