Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 or above) to join their team at Monkey Puzzle Loughton. The role focuses on delivering high standards of care and education in line with the EYFS framework, safeguarding best practices, and collaborative work with parents.

The successful candidate will contribute to creating engaging learning environments, support the safety and development of children, and work within a supportive team that recognises dedication

Qualifications

• GCSE grades 5–9/A–C
• Safe-guarding knowledge and child welfare
• Ability to participate in child observations and assessments with understanding of child development

Responsibilities

• Support the nursery to grow and perform at a high standard, whilst ensuring that all legislation and EYFS frameworks are adhered to.
• Create inspirational, creative, and effective learning environments in line with the needs of the children and the nursery.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of children through safeguarding processes and procedures.
• Implement the EYFS with a good understanding of child development.
• Report any issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services.
• Work in partnership with parents and our partners to ensure children thrive.
• Show a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain our happy nursery.
