Job summary

Nurseplus is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to provide high-quality early years care across local nurseries. You will cover shifts for short or long placements, supporting children's development and safety through play.

You’ll be part of a compassionate team, with opportunities for funded qualifications and ongoing development, including NVQ levels 2 and 3, and access to a Blue Light Card and discounts.

Qualifications

• Good English and clear communication
• Willing to travel to multiple locations within local area
• NVQ Diploma Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or Early Years Education is essential

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily care, supervision and wellbeing of children
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities to support development
• Maintain a clean, safe and stimulating nursery environment
• Support the nursery values to create a nurturing atmosphere
• Guide and support team members to promote best practice
