• Assist the teacher in delivering lessons and caring for children
• Possess safeguarding experience and knowledge
• Create engaging activities for children
• Understand and apply the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Deliver high-quality education and support children’s development
• Approach teaching with enthusiasm, creativity, and innovation
• Support a diverse range of children across various nursery rooms

Minimum Requirements

• A genuine passion for working with children
• Sensitivity and patience
• Childcare experience
• CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification
• Good knowledge of EYFS
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
