Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Are you passionate about early childhood development and looking to take the next step in your childcare career? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic CACHE Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant to join our friendly team at a well-established nursery in Tunbridge Wells.

About the Role:

As a Nursery Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting children's learning and development through play, activities, and care routines. You'll work closely with other team members to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Support the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
  • Monitor and record children's development and progress
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Adhere to safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies

Requirements:

  • CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A warm, caring, and patient nature
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
