Job summary

Spring Nurseries by Action for Children is seeking an Early Years Practitioner (qualified level 3) in Rowlands Gill, Gateshead. This permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week) offers a salary up to £27,000 per annum and supports children aged 0-5 in a safe, nurturing nursery environment.

You will plan engaging activities, build positive relationships with children and families, and observe development using EYFS guidelines to ensure each child thrives.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification required (NNEB, CACHE, NVQ or equivalent).
• Experience with EYFS and planning age-appropriate activities.
• Commitment to inclusive practice and child development.
