Job summary

Tommies Childcare is seeking dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join our caring team in Coventry. You will provide a safe, nurturing environment, support early development, and deliver play-based learning aligned with EYFS requirements.

Responsibilities include planning engaging activities, supervising meals and routines, building strong relationships with children and families, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood setting.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and childcare best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery environment.

Experience

• Proven experience working with children within a nursery or early childhood education setting.
