Tommies Childcare Limited is seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our team and ensure high-quality early years education for children aged 0-5. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, and uphold safeguarding and safety standards in a busy, caring environment.
The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to planning activities that support children's development and wellbeing.
An Extraordinary Place to Work
Contract: Permanent 40 hours per week working Monday - Friday 51 weeks a year
Working pattern: Variety of shifts over the working week ( Monday - Friday) between hours of 7am and 6pm
