EYFS Teaching Assistant – S18 Area
Teaching Personnel is currently working in partnership with a wonderful primary school in the S18 area, who are looking to welcome a qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant to their team.
This school is known for its expansive outdoor grounds, calm atmosphere, and nurturing approach to learning. Staff focus on building strong relationships with children and support their development through kindness, understanding, and a restorative ethos – not a punitive one.
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated EYFS practitioner to join a setting that values play-based, child-centred learning. You will be working closely with experienced class teachers to provide tailored support for pupils during these key early stages of development.
Essential Requirements:
You must hold a relevant EYFS qualification (Level 2 or 3 in Early Years or equivalent)
Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
A nurturing, patient, and child-led approach to behaviour and learning
Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and contribute to a supportive team environment
