Early Years Level 3 Teaching Assistant / HLTA - ECT's can apply

Position Overview

We are seeking a Level 3 qualified Early Years practitioner, HLTA qualified practitioner with EYFS experience, or an ECT trained in EYFS for a full-time role supporting pupils in a nursery & Reception class in Manchester (M12). The position is long-term, starting September 2025, working 5 days a week.

Requirements

1. Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
2. Minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent) for ratio purposes

5. Confidence in supporting pupils with Autism and non-verbal learners
