Job summary

Position: Early Years Level 3 Teaching Assistant / HLTA

Are you a Level 3 qualified Early Years practitioner? An HLTA qualified practitioner with EYFS experience, or an ECT trained in EYFS, looking for a new full-time role supporting pupils in a nursery & Reception class?

I am currently recruiting for a Level 3 Childcare Practitioner or Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support a nursery or reception class in Manchester (M12). The position is long-term, starting from September 2025, working 5 days a week.

Our partner school has a positive feedback history with Aspire People, and as an agency staff member, you are expected to uphold the standards of a permanent staff member, including:

  1. Strong EYFS curriculum knowledge
  2. Minimum Level 3 Childcare (or equivalent) qualification for ratio purposes
  3. Regular assessments of pupils
  4. Ability to engage in learning activities
  5. Confidence in supporting pupils with Autism and non-verbal communication
