Early Years Level 3 Teaching Assistant / HLTA - ECT's can apply

Are you a Level 3 qualified Early years practitioner? A HLTA qualified Practitioner with EYFS experience or an ECT who has trained in EYFS looking for a new full time role supporting pupils in a nursery & Reception class?

I am currently recruiting for a Level 3 Childcare Practitioner or Higher level Teaching Assistant to support a whole nursery or reception class in Manchester(M12). Starting a long-term position from September 2025. You will be working 5 days a week.

Aspire people have worked with this school for a while and feedback is always positive from staff.

As An Agency Employed Member Of Staff, The Schools Will Expect You To Maintain The Standards Of a Permanent Member Of Staff So The Following Is Expected

• Strong EYFS curriculum knowledge.
• Minimum Level 3 Childcare (or equivalent) qualification for ratio purposes.
• Regular assessments of pupils.
• Able to engage in learning activities.
• Confident supporting pupils with Autism and non verbal
