Qualifications

• Hold a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an EYFS/nursery setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Caring, patient, enthusiastic and reliable.
• Able to support learning through play-based activities.

Responsibilities

• Support children within nursery and early years environments.
• Assist the Room Leader and nursery team with daily activities.
• Support learning and development through play-based activities.
• Encourage positive social, emotional and communication skills.
• Provide one-to-one or small-group support where required.
• Help create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Support children with additional needs where necessary.
• Assist with observations and monitoring development.
