Job summary

Wise Owls Ltd. seeks passionate outdoor childcare staff to join a meadow-based forest school environment. You will lead outdoor play, build strong bonds with children and families, and learn through daily hands-on activities and formal training.

We offer full-time hours (32–42.5 per week) with flexible patterns over 4 or 5 days and we cover safeguarding training and the DBS check costs.

Qualifications

• Outdoor mindset and ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Patient and friendly approach with children and families.
• Willingness to learn and adapt through training.

Responsibilities

• Outdoor adventures: lead fun, messy, engaging play in open spaces.
• Build bonds with children and their families through daily activities.
• Learn on the job via hands-on practice and formal training.
• Capture moments of growth for parents to view.
• Hours: Full-time (32-42.5 hours) with flexible patterns over 4 or 5 days.
