Job summary

Milk Education is seeking a qualified Early Years Teacher for a welcoming school in Hartlepool. The role focuses on delivering EYFS learning through play-based, developmentally appropriate activities that foster confidence and foundational skills.

As an Early Years Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate EYFS learning
• Plan and deliver creative, play-based lessons and activities
• Support children's communication, language and social development
• Create a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitor progress and adapt learning to meet individual needs
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Promote independence, confidence and curiosity
• Work closely with support staff and the wider school team
• QTS or recognised teaching qualification
• Experience working within EYFS / Early Years
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
• A nurturing, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A genuine passion for helping young children learn and develop
