  • Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
  • Working as part of a team alongside practitioners, SEN staff and external professionals
  • Supporting children’s emotional wellbeing and early behavioural development
What you will be doing:
  • Supporting children in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
  • Assisting with daily routines including play, learning and care activities
  • Encouraging communication, language and social interaction
  • Supporting children’s emotional regulation and confidence
  • Delivering engaging, play‑based learning activities
  • Helping to create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment
  • Supporting children with additional needs where required
  • Working closely with staff to implement learning and development plans
  • Promoting independence, curiosity and a love of learning
We would love to hear from you if you have:
  • A relevant Early Years qualification (Early Years Educator, Teaching Assistant or other relevant qualifications with children)
  • Experience working in a nursery, preschool or Early Years setting
  • A genuine passion for supporting young children’s development
