Job summary

Bright Horizons Rugby Day Nursery is seeking a qualified Bank Staff Member to support EYFS delivery and engage children in educational activities while working on a flexible bank/agency basis.

You will work as part of a supportive team, help with room tidying and daily prep, and benefit from childcare discounts, enhanced parental leave, pension and wellbeing services. DBS checks are required.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working with children in Nursery or similar setting.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults.
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.

Salary – Starting from £13.50-£14.04 per hour (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

The Role:

Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you can blend the convenience of bank/ agency work, with the security and benefits of being an employee – giving you the best of both worlds!

Within this role, you will support colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones. You will also work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.

What we’re looking for:

• Full and relevant Level 2 or 3 or above Early Years qualification


• Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
