Salary: Up to 40,000 DOE

• Comprehensive eye exams and myopia control
• Advanced diagnostics including OCT, retinal imaging, corneal topography, and Ortho-K

Responsibilities

• Dispensing high-quality eyewear with a strong focus on exceptional service
• Guiding patients through tailored frame and lens selection
• Taking initiative to support daily operations
• Dealing with all patients – even the difficult ones – with calmness, patience, and professionalism
• Maintaining social media presence
• Contributing creative ideas for in-store promotions and local marketing
• Supporting the team to use their time effectively and lead by example

Qualifications

• GOC-registered Dispensing Optician
• Strong timekeeping and reliable day-to-day organisation
• A team player who’s happy to ‘muck in’ at all levels when needed
• Resilient and empathetic – especially when dealing with challenging customers
