Qualified Adult Social Worker

Our client is seeking qualified adult social workers to join the Neighbourhood team in Cheshire. You will uphold best practices, work within social care legislation, and support the delivery of person-centered, safe, and effective social care services. Using your professional knowledge, you will make assessments and decisions regarding interventions, establishing relationships with service users and agencies to meet needs.

You will be committed to achieving positive outcomes for clients, supporting children and families, and protecting vulnerable individuals. The role requires a passion for social work and a focus on efficiency and best practices.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
• SW, CSS, DipSW, or Social Work Degree
• Experience in social services or voluntary agencies
• Strong mediation and negotiation skills
• Experience working with diverse client groups
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with children and families
• Experience in multi-disciplinary, interagency work
• Knowledge of relevant legislation
• Minimum 4 years qualified experience
