The role focuses on attracting daytime trade, building local partnerships and delivering outstanding customer experiences while leading a high-performing team and aligning with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a restaurant or senior hospitality team.
• Track record of increasing sales and improving profitability.
• Strong understanding of P&L and commercial performance.
• Experience driving customer engagement and local trade.

Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant sales, profitability and overall P&L performance.
• Increase footfall and daytime trade; improve customer retention.
• Develop local marketing, partnerships and business opportunities.
• Lead, recruit and develop a high-performing team.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold brand standards.
• Manage labour, food costs, stock and operational efficiency.
• Identify commercial opportunities to grow the restaurant and strengthen local reputation.
