QSRP in Greater London is seeking a Team Leader to lead from the front, run shifts, and support store operations while coaching the team to deliver great food and memorable customer experiences.

You will be a key holder, work across store areas, and drive performance in a fast-paced hospitality environment. We offer a hybrid work model and a modern, collaborative office culture to thrive in.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer-focused environments.
• Confidence leading or supporting a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to take ownership of shifts and make decisions when needed.
• Passion for delivering great customer service and memorable experiences.
