Job summary

Muntons is seeking a proactive Compliance Advisor to support documentation, reporting and compliance across Bridlington and the Tithe Top site. You will help maintain ISO and food safety systems, conduct internal audits, and drive improvements with teams on site.

The role reports to the Compliance Manager and QSHE Team, with monthly travel to Tithe Top and four on-site days per week. A Health and Safety qualification and ISO knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Have a recognised or working towards a Health and Safety Qualification.
• Understanding of ISO standards within a food manufacturing environment.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys working with others; proactive and solution-focused.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of documentation, records and reporting systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislative, regulatory and certification requirements.
• Support ongoing maintenance of ISO and food safety management systems.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections and compliance reviews across the business.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure issues are effectively resolved and do not reoccur.
