Job summary

Foster & May in Manchester seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to deliver contract administration and act as Employer's Agent on a range of commercial and private sector projects. You will manage pre and post contract duties, drive cost control, and maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Working towards completing APC.
• Employer's Agent / Contract Admin experience preferred.
• PQS / Consultancy background.
• Solid pre and post contract experience.
• 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience.
• Driving licence.
