Job summary

Foster & May in Hertfordshire is seeking a personable Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent to join our busy Cost Management team. The role spans a broad range of commercial projects including retail fit-outs, some new build work, and roll outs, with additional exposure to cut & curve work.

You will work within a close-knit QS team and have the opportunity to get involved in Project Management, Employers Agent duties, and Contract Administration, supporting APC diary development.

Qualifications

• Completed a BSc or MSc, RICS accredited degree (ideally Quantity Surveying).
• 2+ years quantity surveying experience.
• Experience in cost consultancy / cost management is preferred; Employers Agent / Contract Admin experience would be ideal.

Responsibilities

• Work across a broad range of commercial projects including retail and unit fit outs, some new build, cut & curve, and roll outs.
• Exposure to office, airport, and petrol stations projects; APC diary.
• Opportunity to get involved in Project Management, Employers Agent, and Contract Administration.
