Job summary

Foster & May in Southampton is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding QS team. You will work on a variety of new build residential projects, delivering cost and quality reports for clients, and carrying out pre and post contract duties as a dual Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent.

The ideal candidate will have a RICS accredited degree, be already chartered or willing to become chartered, with at least 4 years' PQS experience, and a valid car driver's license.

• Already chartered or willing to achieve chartered status
• Pre and post contract experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• At least 4 years' experience in a PQS
• Car and driver's license

Responsibilities

• Deliver cost and quality reports for the client as well as pre and post contract duties as a dual QS and Employers Agent.
• Work on a variety of new build residential projects for public and private sectors.
• Support the client through pre- and post-contract stages.
