Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to drive the QMS across its London operations, ensuring compliance with UK MOD standards, STANAGs, and aerospace quality requirements.

You will lead QMS implementation, coordinate audits, and collaborate with manufacturing and product teams to enable scalable quality processes while supporting governance with UK regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3–5 years in aerospace/defence manufacturing.
• Expert knowledge of QMS requirements and auditing in a complex product environment.
• Familiarity with NATO STANAGs, DEF STANs and UK regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and manage the QMS and its top-level processes, and coordinate audits.
• Lead the QMS software implementation and adoption across sites including London facility.
• Ensure compliance with UK MOD standards, DEF STANs, STANAGs, and UK data protection requirements.
• Coordinate with QA authorities to support government QA activities and audits.
• Drive continuous improvement and coordinate training related to QMS and STANAGs.
