Job summary

Anduril Industries in London seeks a Quality Systems Engineer to lead the QMS and drive regulatory compliance across UK sites, including London. You will manage internal and external audits, implement QMS software, and coordinate with MOD QA and NATO authorities to ensure defense-grade quality standards.

You will work with product and manufacturing teams to grow QMS capabilities, align with STANAGs, and maintain data protection controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3–5 years of aerospace/defense manufacturing experience.
• Expert knowledge of QMS requirements and auditing in a complex product environment.
• Hands-on data analytics, reporting, and basic visualization skills.
• Experience implementing QMS software and onboarding suppliers/internal users.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and manage the execution of the QMS and its top-level processes, including audits.
• Lead the QMS software implementation and adoption across Anduril sites, including London.
• Ensure full compliance with UK regulatory requirements and DEF STANs, UKCA, and HSE in defense environments.
• Drive compliance with STANAGs for aerospace quality and AQAPs.
• Support internal audits before manufacturing readiness and production readiness reviews.
• Liaise with UK MOD QA representatives and NATO QA authorities for GQA activities and audits.
• Develop and implement QMS road map for tools and capabilities, including export control interfaces.
• Ensure UK GDPR/data protection compliance related to quality records and supplier data.
