Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of aerospace/defense manufacturing experience.
• Expert knowledge of QMS requirements and auditing in a complex product environment.
• Demonstrable knowledge of STANAGs for aerospace quality (4107, 4159, 4161) and AQAPs.
• Familiarity with UK MOD DEF STANs, GQA processes, and UK regulations (Export Control, UKCA/CE).
• Experience with QMS software solutions (Net Inspect, SAP, ETQ, etc.) and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and manage the execution of the QMS and its top-level processes. Coordinate resources and prioritize tasks for internal and external QMS audits.
• Lead QMS software implementation and adoption across Anduril sites, including London, coordinating tasks and audits.
• Ensure compliance with UK regulatory requirements (DEF STANs, UKCA, HSE) for defense manufacturing environments.
• Drive compliance with STANAGs for aerospace quality (4107, 4159, 4161) and AQAPs (2110, 2210, 2310).
• Support STANAG 4685 (Airworthiness) requirements as they relate to QMS processes for UAS and aerospace components.
• Liaise with UK MOD QARs, DQA, and NATO QA authorities to support GQA activities and audits.
• Partner with business systems, product quality, and manufacturing to meet QMS requirements and conduct internal audits.
• Develop internal QMS roadmap for tools/capabilities, including UK Export Control and ITAR/EAR interfaces.
• Ensure UK data protection requirements (UK GDPR/Act 2018) for quality records, supplier data, and audits.
• Become a systems expert for Anduril quality tools and data for US/UK operations.
• Communicate with external audit agencies and support customer audits as needed.
• Manage the QMS internal audit program and lead internal audits.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities aligned with AS9100, AQAP, and STANAG frameworks.
• Support training modules and records for UK/NATO regulatory and STANAG training.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective action from audits and customer visits.
