Job summary

Reevr Talent Ltd is seeking an experienced QMS Engineer/Manager to own and drive QHSE across the business on a 3-day-per-week basis. You will manage ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 systems, lead internal audits, and push continual improvement in processes and KPIs.

The role offers genuine autonomy and requires strong QMS leadership in a manufacturing environment, with the benefit of a condensed week and a competitive pro rata salary.

Qualifications

• 3 years' Quality leadership experience
• Strong QMS experience with ISO standards
• Proven internal auditing experience
• Manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong planning and organisational ability

Responsibilities

• Managing the established ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Integrated Business Management System
• Planning and delivering internal audits
• Supporting external accreditation audits
• Developing and improving processes, procedures and work instructions
• Monitoring and analysing QHSE KPIs
• Supporting Management Review Meetings
• Managing internal and supplier non-conformances
• Analysing customer satisfaction and complaints
• Liaising with customers and suppliers on QHSE compliance
• Supporting facilities and maintenance activities
• Identifying opportunities for continual improvement
