Job summary
Reevr in Kidderminster seeks an experienced QSHE Manager to lead Quality, Safety, Health, Environment and Compliance across the site. You’ll shape processes, drive improvements and build a strong QSHE culture with Operations, Engineering and Production.
You’ll own the QMS, align with ISO 9001/14001/45001, and work to reduce risk while ensuring audits and supplier performance meet high standards.
Qualifications
- Experience leading QSHE in engineering/manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of QMS and ISO standards (9001/14001/45001).
- Qualification such as NEBOSH, CMQ/OE or ISO Auditor.
Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain QMS aligned with ISO standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and risk reduction.
- Manage quality, health & safety, environment and compliance.
- Develop RAMS and safe systems of work.
- Lead investigations into incidents and non-conformances.
- Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.
- Monitor supplier quality and performance.
- Produce QSHE reports for senior management.
- Develop teams to embed a proactive QSHE culture.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and standards.
