Job summary

Reevr is seeking an experienced QMS Engineer / Manager to own and drive the QHSE system, focusing on Quality, Health, Safety and Environment. This is a high-autonomy role with a 3-day week and clear ownership of continuous improvement.

You will manage ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, run internal audits, and support external accreditation while enhancing processes and KPIs across the business.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ quality leadership experience.
• Strong QMS experience.
• Proven internal auditing experience.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong planning and organisational ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Integrated Management System.
• Planning and delivering internal audits.
• Supporting external accreditation audits.
• Developing and improving processes, procedures and work instructions.
• Monitoring and analysing QHSE KPIs.
• Supporting Management Review Meetings.
• Managing internal and supplier non-conformances.
• Analysing customer satisfaction and complaints.
• Liaising with customers and suppliers on QHSE compliance.
• Supporting facilities and maintenance activities.
• Identifying opportunities for continual improvement.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
