Job summary

Integrated Care 24 Ltd is seeking a Quality, Information, Safety and Governance Coordinator in Ashford, Kent. Hybrid role with two in-office days.

You will support the QISG team, maintain accurate records, and assist with incident management and information requests to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong organisational skills, experience in healthcare or governance settings, and excellent MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, governance, quality or healthcare support role.
• Skills in data management and a strong understanding of confidentiality and information governance are essential.
• Ability to work accurately with sensitive information and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate QISG meetings, agendas and documentation.
• Maintain records such as risk registers and governance trackers.
• Support incident, complaints and information request processes.
• Produce reports and extract data from governance systems.
• Assist with audits, inspections and quality assurance activities.
• Manage shared mailboxes and route queries promptly.
• Contribute to learning from incidents and information governance compliance.
