Job summary

IC24 is recruiting a Quality, Information, Safety and Governance Coordinator to support the QISG team in Ashford, Kent. The role focuses on coordinating governance activities, maintaining records, handling incidents and information requests, and generating reports from systems like Ulysses.

Hybrid working with two office days per week offered. You’ll work with quality, patient safety and information governance colleagues to ensure confidentiality, data protection and regulatory compliance while

Qualifications

• Experience in admin, governance or healthcare support roles.
• Confident with data, reports and documentation systems.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear communication with a range of stakeholders.
• Excels at producing notes, reports and records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate QISG meetings, agendas and actions.
• Maintain risk registers, complaints logs and trackers.
• Support incident and information request processes.
• Produce reports and extract data from governance systems.
• Assist audits, inspections and QA activities.
