Job summary

National Vehicle Distribution (NVD) is seeking a Health & Safety Officer to support the Health and Safety Manager across logistics, workshop and processing sites. You will develop, coordinate and deliver engaging QHSE training, maintain integrated management systems, and act as a frontline contact to ensure a timely, quality-driven, incident-free environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering face-to-face training and inductions.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of comprehensive QHSE training programs and maintain training records.
• Assist the Manager in updating Integrated Management Systems to ensure ISO compliance.
• Conduct QHSE inspections and internal quality audits; track CAPAs to completion.
• Support safety incidents investigations and root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain QHSE databases and prepare monthly safety and quality KPI reports.
