Job summary

Oxford Flow is seeking a proactive QHSE Officer to support their Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems. You will help maintain compliance, drive continual improvement and embed QHSE into everyday activities across the business.

Reporting to the QHSE Director, you will assist with audits, risk assessments, incident investigations and training, while promoting a safety-conscious culture and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in QHSE roles within engineering/manufacturing/technical environments.
• NEBOSH/IOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
• Practical understanding of health & safety, risk assessment and QHSE management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve ISO-based management systems (9001/14001/45001).
• Assist with audits, evidence gathering and closure of corrective actions.
• Support non-conformances, incidents, investigations and root cause analysis.
• Carry out risk assessments and COSHH-related tasks.
• Support supplier QHSE management and performance reviews.
• Conduct workplace inspections and safety checks to identify hazards.
